Antico Pizza Napoletana 1093 Hemphill Ave NW, Atlanta, GA 30318

When I planned on visiting Atlanta, I did research on places to eat and Antico came up. I looked at the pictures and reviews and knew this was one spot I had to hit up. I went there with a friend on a Wednesday night past 8:00 PM.

Once we entered, we placed our order to stay at the counter. After we ordered, we walked in the the dining area which was bright and had a cafeteria vibe to the place. I love the chill vibes here! It was self service, where we could pick our seats and make our own dipping condiments! The condiment section was located right in front of the cooking area. Customers can view the pizza being made. The available condiments consists of parmesan cheese, garlic, crushed red peppers, oregano, salt and olive oil.

This was my concoction consisting of olive oil, parmesan cheese and oregano.

For our main, we got the Diavola (Spicy Salami, Calabrian Peppers, Bufala Mozzarella, Garlic – $23) which was delicious. The dough, the crust was so good and the combo of the meats and cheese was amazing.

For the price, taste and quality this place seems to be steal especially since they are a Michelin Award winner. I would highly recommend anyone that visits Atlanta to stop by even if it is out the way! I will be back.
