My friend suggested this spot, it was actually both our first time trying this spot. I checked out the reviews and pictures on both Yelp and Google, all positive feedback so I was def looking forward to trying this spot out.
Inside, it was pretty small, not tiny but not huge. Once you enter, there are available dine in seats, which are first come first serve. The far back is where the register is to place our order. There is also a bar in the room next door.
I ended up getting 5 tacos for $15 and you have the option to get two flavors (3 + 2 tacos). I got the pastor and asada. It did take some time for the food to be served, but it was well worth it at the end.
Each taco comes with two corn tortillas which you can easily make two tacos with since they are stuffed with meat. The pastor was flavorful and so good. The asada was tasty as well but I favor the pastor slightly more. Each bite I took, I made sure I squirted the bottle of green sauce before and rinsed my palette with a sip of Coca Cola.
The amount of food for the price, is unbelievable. The best price tacos in the Tri-state area for sure, or at least that I know of with the quality of ingredients they are serving up.
I have been her multiple times and counting. As of now, my favorite taco flavor is either the pastor or legunista. I will have to get them both at the same time to determine my favorite.
