Visited Denver for the weekend and discovered Banh Mi Station through prior research. The positive reviews and enticing pictures compelled me to give it a try.
Upon entering, there was no line, allowing me to easily place my order at the register. I opted for the pork bahn mi sandwich and added the combo deal of a can of coke and an egg roll for an additional $2. I chose to dine in and found the ambiance to be pleasant, with a clean and relaxed café vibe.
The sandwich was absolutely amazing, with perfectly hollowed-out bread and deliciously fermented shredded white veggies (likely cabbage). I would confidently say that this is the best bahn mi sandwich I have ever had (so far).
If you’re in search of a satisfying and flavorful lunch, I highly recommend Banh Mi Station. I will definitely make a point to visit again on future trips to Denver.
